A Partnership with Port Fairy Community House
U3A Port Fairy was formed as a partnership with Port Fairy Community House (PFCH). The Community House offers adult and community education courses and activities for all ages as well as school holiday activities for children and parents. PFCH recognises the growing number of active retired and semi-retired people who are interested in continuing to learn and initiated the establishment of U3A PORT FAIRY as a partnership with PFCH.
Who can Join U3A?

What courses will be run?
Programs will be run by members and will cover a range of disciplines including cultural, creative, recreational and physical activities.
As we look to members to volunteer to facilitate our courses, the courses offered depend on the skills and interests of our members. Courses include history, literature, languages, philosophy, science, current affairs, the environment and the creative arts.
How much is membership?
An annual membership fee of $60 will include Port Fairy Community House membership and access to all U3A courses and activities.
How can you be involved?
Join us! U3A is a volunteer organisation. We are seeking:
- Committee Members
- Speakers and course leaders or facilitators for classes
- Ideas for classes and activities
